MyChoice Colour Studio Selections - Kitchen

Now its time for the kitchen, the main event of the house. There were countless of possibilities and upgrades that could have gone into this part of the house, but that would have drained our budget. We were given a free Miele appliance upgrade package prior to signing our contract, however we had to purchase our own microwave. Did I mention we have a butler's pantry too? The colours for both the kitchen and butlers pantry are the same, hence the reason that the kitchen colours will only be shown.

MyChoice Colour Studio Selections - Wet Areas

Here are the wet area selections we made on the day. These selections were made for the main bathroom, ensuite and laundry. I haven't included some of the bathroom fixtures, as these were just standard. All tiles chosen were ceramic, as they came as standard, however you do have the option of upgrading to porcelain. Some of the pictures tend to look a little off than what they look like in person (namely, the bathroom cabinetry). Enjoy!

Since we've already had our colour selections appointment, I going to post the selections we chose on the day. Our Appointment started at 9:30 in the morning and ended at 5:30 - 8 hours! While this may seem like a long time, we felt like we barely had time to carefully chose our tiles and cabinetry colours. Since there were so many choices, this post will be split up into a few, starting with our Exterior choices.

Let's start at the beginning...

This is the first post in my blog, designed to document our journey building the Miami 16 Executive Elite (with a few modifications to suit our needs) with Mcdonald Jones Homes.

We are already a few months into our building journey, having paid our deposit and signed our contract in June last year (2015). Currently, we have completed our MyChoice Colour Studio appointment and Electricals. Our plans have just been drawn up on the land and we are now playing the waiting game - our land is yet to register still!
